Monday, December 1, through Thursday, December 4, from 11 PM until 5 AM, northbound I-95 will be CLOSED from the Washington Avenue/Columbus Boulevard exit (Exit 20) to north of the Central Philadelphia/Callowhill Street exit (Exit 22). ⚠️
