Oh I feel this. It took me 20 mins to go through this, to order food on the train this week. I was 10 paces from the catering car but due to a “technical issue” they could only do food orders through the app. The whole process resulted in at least five emails, too.
Ok I know nobody cares about this but me, but GOD I care:

1. I have just downloaded your app.
2. You want me to make an account. I don’t want to make an account!
3. When I enter my email, you inform me that I already have an account! This seems like a good thing, but I know it means only pain. 1/2

@lner.co.uk thank you to your staff for their help at Kings Cross (at the barrier by the upstairs first class lounge) when I had a sudden nosebleed on my way to the platform - very much appreciated.

Agree with much of this. When we’re working on ‘awareness raising’ - with whom? To what end? What’s the behaviour change we want to create? How are we measuring impact?
Awareness-raising campaigns can be counter-productive:
- They can lead to no action
- They can reach the wrong audience
- They can create harm
- They can even be counter-productive

Visited a @trusselluk.bsky.social Foodbank in south London last week as a trustee of In Kind Direct - inspiring, to see such kindness and compassion for people in need; heartbreaking, that we have so many hungry people in the UK. Please keep supporting.

Governance day, - morning at school looking at exclusions, afternoon session with one of @cfgsocial.bsky.social board committees, early evening meeting with an apprenticeship provider’s govs. Love the insight and variety; CFG’s volunteering days mean I can take on gov roles, charity and otherwise.
