Ive also identified a few areas where additional FOIs may prove revealing.

So - thats it from me for now.

More possibly over the weekend.

Take a deep breath and go enjoy your xmas folks.

the ramifications of which are unclear until we see new service specs & guidelines on how NHSE intend to tie these together.

I cant see this being quick, but will probably start and see the first aspects of big changes, like local hubs, in 12-24 months.

Its clear some NHS trusts and mangement / trustees need to be replaced, immediately.

So watch for changes in high level people going and replacements coming in.

Overall though, what we see is a lot of tinkering around the edges,

Theres a few potential positives as well, handled and implemented the right way.

Overall i felt like the review itself was extremely damning of both the clinics and governance - some of which I would class as medically and possibly criminally negligent.

The proof of this is not so much in the Review itself - but what the NHS decides to implement instead.

There is still scope for some extended f&ckery.

We neex to keep a close eye on the service spec changes and actions / composition of the oversight board gping forwards.

Work that should have been done by the LGBTQ+ and Trans specific orgs a long time ago.

That work will evolve and continue so we can track the impact of changes the NHS introduces following Levy.

That said, I share many of the concerns others have already raised.

Nah tis fine, honestly!

Heh! I get that, but i wouldnt say anything unless Ive had it backed up by multiple trusted sources.

I mean, their OpSec is generally lousy and Cass leaked like a sieve.
December 18, 2025 at 12:12 PM
Essentially - whatever works, right?
December 18, 2025 at 12:12 PM
Im taking the silence in media etc so far as a small positive.

The scope of Levy was quite limited, so unless its gone massively off piste im not expecting anything too earth shattering.

Multiple trusted sources.

I believe so.

Theres going to be the usual - some reading total doom & pronouncing theyve won, others denying that, partial reads & skimming, stuff taken out of context.

My advice - ignore it all until level heads have had a chance to go through it.

Theres no grand plan, or 'trap'

Its a purely reactionary response that might gain some political goodwill for Starmer.

And it wont work because any findings will be watered down to uselessness at the point of introduction.
