Committing to going to the gym regularly now I’m back at work. Physical recovery and falling in love with exercise has been a massive part of my maternity leave to want to keep the momentum going.

Batch cooking during half term is a staple in this house. We make as many portions as possible and freeze them for easier evening.
This term, I’ve got for:
1. Chicken and lentil curry
2. Lasagna
3. Chilli con carne
4. Beef stroganoff

Just finished Team Habits by Charlie Gilkey. Such a refreshing read.
Whilst a lot of leadership books can be very theory heavy, the practical guidance in here is great. Lots of things I plan to implement this term.
Would definitely recommend this to school leaders.
