I hate how our company technically has a 5-point scale but they expect nearly everyone to be a 3 and our boss has to defend to the rest of the leaders anyone they think deserves a 4 😵💫 like, how on earth am I supposed to guess the magic formula to know what they think is acceptable!

imagine that! I finally got the file and it does, in fact, have 50 additional questions like I suspected and was not, IN FACT, a duplicate of what I already had!!!
