I am working with a stock P1S and generic PLA filament tbh so I’m not sure I have any advice that’d be helpful unfortunately.

Please do. It’s not mine, I just tested a bunch of different models before going further. 2g a whistle is about as good as I’ve found, and these things are LOUD.

To add on: a full plate of 73 takes 175g, so you can get at least 5 batches with a single 1kg spool. Very economical.

Not sure what you’re printing with, but the medium one here makerworld.com/en/models/53... I can fit 73 on a plate on my P1S and print reliably at 124%. I’ve printed over 3,400 of them so far.
