I asked my third-year undergrads to use AI to read Mortensen and Nagypál (2007), so we could have a discussion about the volatility puzzle of the DMP model. It was a fantastic exercise - I asked them to rank the solutions to the puzzle and this was the result #econsky

#econsky may I introduce you to the basic DMP model graphic explainer for undergrads. Explains the intuition so we can talk about equilibrium wage and tightness without going into value functions. Matching function is a bar, unemployed get free drinks (b) firms pay for entry.
