Trust me, it is TOTALLY worth hunting down. If this had gotten a theatrical release, Sanchez’s career would have blown up even more IMO.

Not having seen Poultrygeist, I can’t swear to it. But honestly, BUTT BOY is actually a really fun and funny exercise in subgenre satire, and I do actually recommend checking it out.

This is, in fact, a wholly appropriate response to this movie.

100%. He may be too grumpy to be able to accept it (and too far past the ability to profit off it for him to feel the full impact of renewed appreciation), but at least he gets to see the universal appreciation that finally caught up to him.

Timequake was amazing. People get used to greatness when someone keeps delivering. And then we lost him, and the last thing we left him with as an author was a collective shoulder shrug. Heartbreaking.
