All of my November profits from books sales will be donated to foodbanks in Northern New Mexican. We have a lot of rural, isolated, underserved communities who are going to suffer. No, I dont usually make a ton of book profit, but with your help, it'll make a difference.

I'm about to finish this massive round of edits (took the book from 80k to 130k so truly) AND my incredible artist is working on our first NSFW scene from the book.

Another Blue Update...
It feels like this isnt going to work out with how Pebbles responded to him. We think with months and months of time, maybe, but Blue deserves a home now.
He's meeting another potential adopter tomorrow, so now send all good vibes toward Blue getting his forever home!

Monster and Bear back together and home where they belong. I still look for them in the mornings, whenever I walk into a new room, and before bed. I still dont feel like life is right without them in it, without them with me. I had 16 years with my boys...and it wasn't nearly enough.

The Kid does have hEDS, which isnt great news but is better than other things we've been testing for.
He's now officially recorded as taller than me...
AND he got a flu shot on his own, which is a HUGE deal with his needle phobia.
Oh AND we saw this lil dude. All in all, not a bad appointment.

Monster's favorite thing in autumn/winter was to sleep in front of the fireplace, especially if I turned it on first thing in the morning. Now, on chilly days when I work in front of the fireplace first thing in the morning, I bring his bed and blanket with me. I...miss him so fucking much.

We have accepted that Pebbles is not exactly a genius of her species. She does some...questionable things. And she often does them more than once.
But she has figured out no less than 3 methods of tricking Hubs into getting off the couch so she can stretch out and sleep. And he hasn't caught on.

A foggy morning hike—that I could actually go on! Some things will never be reversed or improved, but since getting back on treatment, I am getting stronger. Strong enough for hikes—short and careful but still!—to appreciate how gorgeous New Mexico is.
