I don’t know how to feel lol it’s been a lot of stress for the past couple months and this is anti-climatic and there’s still some stuff up in the air about the details

I love slop bowls tbh…my favorite is rice + egg + scallions + cabbage + ground chicken + a toasted breadcrumbs with curry sauce for a sort of deconstructed chicken curry katsu if it were dog food

Since I somehow cut down on accident to 75 kg, I think it will make more sense to just bulk a bit and get stronger to be just under the 79kg weight class for 2026 and like...not be miserable in a caloric deficit. also my 30s body seems to just put all of that on my ass and legs so that's fun
