There are so many “partisan” issues now, that never were before, persecuting brown people, zip tying children, separating families, taking away food benefits and healthcare. I’m so saddened by this. It’s frustrating and heartbreaking at the same time.

There’s a difference between suffering for a day, a month, or a year. Republicans were never going to give in in any way. It would just go on and on. They still own that. They still own the fact they take away healthcare, food, law and order, justice, peace. Now people can eat and get paid.

Keeping government shut down was causing more harm than good. We tried. We called attention to at least one tyrannical demand of the current administration. Now swear in AZ rep, and release those files!

Agreed! The Republicans will never give it. Unfortunately, they hold all the power. They own all of this, the crappy economy, the division, unaffordable healthcare, the cruelty, the abuse of power and overreach, all of it!

I blame Dems for moving when the airlines were affected. I do think the shutdown needed to end. The stakes were too high for the American people. Donald Trump’s economy is already bad enough. Republicans own the rise in healthcare costs. They are to blame for this fiasco. Can’t deal with the devil.

Unfortunately, it’s not much. Trying to making a deal with devil never works out.

We the people were never going to get an anywhere with Republicans on this shutdown. They are to blame for the skyrocketing costs across this country. Democrats decided not to hold the American people hostage. They won nothing but the full accountability of their actions.

It’s not a deal at all because you can’t deal with the devil. We all know that. The country needed relief. We don’t have the power to make a deal, yet. The American people needed relief.

They were NEVER going to make a deal. Americans needed at least some relief from Donald Trump’s disastrous actions. He doesn’t care about anyone but himself. This shutdown would’ve gone on forever.

They can help by simply passing a bill. They own what they’ve done did to American’s healthcare while they licking Trump’s boots.
