I agree. He is good, no doubt. But,, his maturity level hasn't increased. And, he doesn't move around a lot when his QB is scrambling. He just kind of... stands there. A really good, mature wide receiver scrambles WITH his QB to get open for him. Pickens doesn't do that. Time to cut ties.
