As somebody who, like clockwork every year, would get bronchitis that I couldn't take days off to recover from so it would turn into pneumonia, I had a good idea about shared space and air quality.

we all got cowed into avoiding "virtue signaling" as if the public affirmation of socially agreed upon ethical principles was somehow cringey instead of a significant part of what a "society" even is. now all there's left is vice signaling, and it's reshaping society.

These were people already approved to be naturalized, yet they were stopped solely because of their countries of origin. MAGA keeps saying, “If they wanted to be in this country, they should have done it the right way.” Well, they did. And the administration still blocked them. Cruelty is the point.
