Lebanese-Armenian Vicken Euljekjian, held in Azerbaijani captivity since 2020, went on a 15-day hunger strike for the right to call home. He spoke to his wife for 3 minutes last week through the mediation of the ICRC but she has not heard from him since and she is worried about his condition.
