Tuesday night, SAMHSA lost $2B impacting 2k+ grantees. Yesterday it was restored with no clear source for either decision leaving programs and services left to prepare for more unpredictable cuts. Outcry from public health advocates to their reps is believed to be the pressure for the restoration.
