Left-leaning pages appear to have handily won the online "shutdown" battle yesterday.

They outpaced right-leaning pages on posts mentioning the "shutdown" and "health care." Their totals on those issues also both surpassed the right's mentions of "immigration."

We now have bill text passed out of committee... If the Medicaid provisions become law here are the numbers of Medicaid enrollees who will lose coverage and the number of lives lost per year in each of these congressional districts according to a new @americanprogress.bsky.social analysis.
