I heard analysis on concerns with the failure to object to the fellow judge witness making a statement essentially concluding that Judge Dugan was guilty. That could have been the basis for mistrial. Failure to object would mean she loses the right to appeal based on that issue.

well the main 3 things for them are:
1. grow balls for a fight. no one like wimps dancing on words.
2. dump corporates. oligarchs are asphyxiating us.
3. present a real plan. too much lips service in the past allowed where we are today. small towns need help. strongarm the corporate oligarchs for it
