I always felt sorry for people in the US who would get Pratchett books with these horribly bland covers while we got fucking amazing Josh Kirby art on ours. They also look way older too, these covers are contemporary.

I've been rewatching Kamen Rider OOO and I totally forgot that in the 1000th episode special for the entire series they do a Susan Boyle joke. It's so unexpected that it really throws me for a second. Why is a Japanese kids show doing a joke about a woman who was on Britain's Got Talent? hahaha

We’ve had a scheduled power cut all day so we went out to Aber Falls. I’d never been here before but it’s very impressive and the views along the walk to it are lovely. I’m glad we go there early because there were hoards of people arriving when we left.

Woken up by a huge thunderstorm and torrential rain. Can still hear constant thunder as it rolls away. Annoyingly it cut the power enough that my print was ruined.

I totally missed that Love, Death + Robots has a new collection of shorts. Another weird thing is apparently the order they're in changes viewer to viewer based on demographics or something? I'm really curious what order people are seeing the latest season.
