Congresswoman Ashley Hinson’s town hall today. She went on and on and on and on. Spewing lies as usual. She was a bit nicer about it than her town hall a year ago. I believe the increase in press coverage caused her to not yell at constituents.😳

My exchange with Senator Grassley today was civil. There was one that will go viral. I did not say if you have a tattoo you should be deported like the Grassley supporter said.

We experienced the best of humanity when our girls were alive. Now we are witnessing the opposite. This administration. We are baffled how anyone can defend, support, or be complicit with these men and their treatment of people with disabilities. In memory of Ellen and Alice, we will not give up. 💗

While impressed 91 year Senator Grassley had a town hall today, it was sad to hear repeatedly Iowans share their disappointment in him for not standing up to Trump. He has failed Iowa.😥

A dismantled Dept. Of Education ends inclusion. These are just some of results of my daughter being included in pre-school and kindergarten. When she died, her classmates lost a best friend. She impacted lives: compassionate caring loving friends.

Confronting these legislators of Hate on Saturday in Mason City, Iowa helped a teeny bit. The overflowing crowd of resistance support was impressive for the unusually red Cerro Gordo County. 💙💙💙
