I do not mean to be cynical. I think the Court majority does not know how to deal with Gerrymandering. I think it could have just continued to do as it had until 2019: we will know what it is when we see it. Washing its hands of gerrymandering let this genie out of the bottle.

Yeah, I don’t think the Court has a problem with gerrymandering.
