I think getting an average starting quality corner at this stage in the game with all the injuries is a damn godsend. If we get average, this is a damn steal when we need bodies. Great job Gute

I like this Diggs pickup if for no other reason than the message is we are still trying to win this thing
Sources: Cowboys CB Trevon Diggs is joining the Packers. An addition before the playoffs.

Amplifying this. I wish Ian luck on this admirable quest.
Baseball card fans, I have gotten down to the final 40 cards that I need to complete my goal of having every Brewers player on a Brewers baseball card. If you have any of these cards below, please let me know, and I will buy them from you! Some of them cannot be found on Ebay or other sites.

They are trotting out the same “lack of a plan” plan they have for 10 years.
Rep. Crenshaw on the Republican ACA replacement plan: "You give the poor vouchers. We want to put that money into health savings accounts."

If the NY Post actually reflected the New York Times its constituency, it would not bother with this as everybody knows the landlord will raise the rent on a rent controlled/stabilized place at the change in tenancy. EVERYONE that lives here knows this and actually makes Mamdani’s points the more
Ah yes. Prior tenants famously control rent prices for subsequent tenants.

That Browns defense is a very real thing. If they ever find a QB that’s a dangerous team.

Watching Shadeur Sanders and for every nice throw which from what I can tell is the 10 yard slant, he throws a pickable ball.

I don’t think two weeks is enough time to get this Packers team healthy enough two win three games to get to the Super Bowl. The defense has warts all over and doesn’t get turnovers to compensate for that. I don’t see any possibility this team can make a run. They’ve not won since Parsons went down

I’m not paying for Peacock. Will be listening to the game.

Can’t believe I’m going to be rooting for the Vikings today.

I’ll never get over the ambition to throw out a collection of Christmas songs in a box with liner notes that include chords in the middle of a, I will always believe he did intend,a 50 state tribute. The highest of aim that I will never not admire.

I’m not sure there has been a year in my life that has felt like an uphill climb like this one. If yours has been too, well weve almost made it. Also, keep going!

Listening to Pearl Jam “vs” and I just wish the band would go back to Ed’s vocals being buried into music in the mix like it is in Animal. They were at their best when the vocals (as great as they were) were in the music. They got away from that. Even in Daughter, the guitars/vocals balanced

I think the “coolest” band that I was ever into at a given intersection of time and opportunity was Bob Mould’s Sugar. Still upset I didn’t get tix for Webster Hall but will hopefully find a way o for face.

I know that threads is an engagement farm and I’ve put up with a lot over there. But someone calling Warren Zevon a “one-hit wonder” might be the final straw for me.

Remember when everyone fled the city as a result of this going into effect?
Year 1 data on congestion pricing in Manhattan…

* Vehicle traffic: -11%
* Foot traffic: +3.4%
* Storefront vacancy: -0.9%
* Pollution: -22%
* Revenue for mass transit: $548M

So YES this has been a huge success.

Just had “Wisconsin Style” cheese curds at the Bryant Park holiday markets. Have we gotten to the regional “Champagne” naming? Any way, they weren’t good.

A lot of people just assuming Packers will be 7 seed now. I think it may be a struggle to make that. I hope they do. I want more games. I bitch about them but I don’t want them to stop playing.

Finished processing last nights loss. My thoughts. A lot more fight in the Packers than I gave them credit. I thought LaFleur coached his ass off. Packers can’t close out games but I think with all the injuries that isnt surprising. That was an unforgettable game. I’m still not over 2014 NFCCG

More of this please
It’s the “season of love and giving”…but this year, doesn’t it seem more like a “season of fear and taking”? Like many of you, I’ve been saddened by the human impact of draconian government budget cuts and how angry many housed Americans are at unhoused Americans.

Boy does that game feel like a classic Packers NFC Championship game collapse.
