I have not watched Heated Rivalry yet, but I have seen so many clips on TikTok and I have to say, it is giving me a whole lot of flashbacks to the days of Yahoo Groups, when I was a part of several hockey fanfiction mailing lists. There were some absolutely epic slash flics back then.

We took kiddo (who’s 11) to see Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 last night. Kiddo has been OBSESSED with FNAF since he was 6 because there is (was?) a lot of crossover between the FNAF and Minecraft community where people where making FNAF videos using Minecraft style rigs.

I love Midnight, but it would be awesome if he could be more of a cuddler like Conner was instead of sleeping ON my hip and thigh all the damn time. For such a skinny bean, he can be heavy when he wants.

I start to think maybe the worst is over, and then a random cramp hits and the horror begins anew. Period underwear is amazing through - I really should’ve invested in some much sooner instead of two months before my hysterectomy.

So the jury is out on if GLP1s affect adenomyosis or endometriosis symptoms. Dr Google says it should as GLP1s have been shown to reduce signs of inflammation. However, a deep dive into various subreddits devoted to these things says that the results are mixed.

I am curious if any other individuals with uteruses, who also have adenomyosis and take GLP1s have noticed any effects the GLP1 may have on their cycle? For me my cycle tends to disappear when I’m on a GLP1 and comes roaring back with a vengeance if I’m not. #adenomyosis

Attempt number three to talk to someone about getting a DAS pass for kiddo for our trip to Disneyland. They aren’t being difficult or awful or anything (quite the contrary, the DAS cast members are pretty fantastic) but it’s the holidays so it’s busy and I end up tapping out after a couple of hours
I recently bought some litter that was on sale and used it in one of our three cat boxes. The cats wanted nothing to do with it, so I switched back to the old litter. The cats still wanted nothing to do with that particular litter box, so I bought a new one.

Since husband and I have both been sick, kiddo has been trying to convince us that he is also sick. And while we knew it was only a matter of time before the crud claimed him next, it was also very clear that he was faking. And every time he would demand to know how we knew.

The husband was the first to come down with the plague on Saturday. It hit me yesterday, so I expect Kiddo will start showing signs on Thursday if it continues in this pattern. I could be wrong. He is younger and supposedly a better immune system. I’ve stocked up on his asthma meds just in case 😬

I’ve been seeing more and more chat gpt images used by indie authors for covers, and it’s really concerning. As someone on tiktok said, the only AI that should be used is actual imagination — not a program that uses stolen art 😑

I’ve been referring to Mini Mees (Midnight’s doppelgänger) as a he since I started seeing him. Well, after spotting Mini Mees this morning, I think SHE might be in the family way. I’d forgotten how early cats can reproduce. 😩

On a related note, but only very loosely, my weight loss doctor looks like he could be Matthew Lillard’s brother. The resemblance is close enough that it takes my brain a moment or two to register any time I see him
