When was that and what method are you using to measure? Visually, I'd probably put you at around 22% based on yesterday's pic. I use dexa scan, I'd be 12-14% now.

So basically any variation of a PPL split tends to work. But that's just me and others will have different opinions :)

I do think ur right to focus on fat loss, eating to grow muscle just isn't effective over 20% bf, it just makes it extremely likely u'll put on more bodyfat.

But the new program seems fine for your current goals. It wouldn't be optimal for hypertrophy (eg. back and chest on same day and only once a week). When you do focus on hypertrophy, I'd program all muscle groups twice a week, with major groups on different days.
