Tanrun leaves the flask on the table between them. "Well, thank you. Though, I feel you'd forgive me even if I spit in your drink." Snickering, he looks down at himself. "Ah, damn." Tanrun wipes his sleeve over the mess, but only smears it more. "Do you think it makes me look passionate or bedraggled..."
Raith blinks, about to ask Tanrun what he meant by that, but gets distracted by the growing disaster on his robes. "Um. Well...I'm leaning towards bedraggled. Sloppy comes to mind."
Tanrun cringes. "Sloppy?" He laughs again. "You-- could you not lie to me, in this moment?"
Tanrun: Tell me it looks fine, goodness, Raith. Manners.
Raith: "You...didn't want the truth?"

a few nights ago my boyfriend woke me up yelling about a bat in the house and last night they woke me up again to show me they caught the bat. it's very cute. we're calling a wildlife rehab centre when they open to come rescue it

in better news my job is hosting a book fair from a local indie bookstore and whilst they didn't have absolution they DID have tom's crossing...a little treat just for me
