I think this is "Tell me you don't have any radars left without saying you don't have any radars left."

Apparently "elites" don't follow the Ukraine war.

He knows.

This ⬆ is exactly right. Fits all the facts we currently have, so just go with it folks, he REALLY REALLY wants to figure out how not to have those files come out.

I think you're looking for "Where are the sanctions on DoJ lawyers?" Judges can, and do, sanction lawyers. They should start sanctioning DoJ lawyers who lie, mislead, or otherwise waste the courts time.

I think she got the joke, if she hadn't she would have resigned before the federal pension vested and she got free healthcare for life.

Weirdly, when I was too young to know better, I thought being uncurious was a form a mental damage. My mother had to patiently explain to me that the "Why?" of things just wasn't that important to some people.

I mean really, when did the DoJ last get a conviction of Seditious Conspiracy by a jury trial? Hmmmm, oh wait.

I understand the feeling, but the 'states' elect the President, not the 'people'. That was key in our country's founding. The leader that has your best interest at heart is your State Governor, the President has (in theory) the State's best interest at heart.

Something, something, Chesterson's, something, something fence.

If you're part of the "don't California my state" kind of person, the reason that doesn't happen is because having the most people doesn't make you all powerful.

I so miss the days when we taught civics to kids in school. Listen to Tom here please, fix the Electoral College but don't abandon Federalism, if you ever wondered why is "America" different, that is the reason, the whole idea of sovereign states as peers in a federalized form of Government.

You could also tell them that EVERY SINGLE OFFICER from the CNO down to the level of Commander in the Navy who carried out these clearly illegal orders WILL be tried in a Court-Martial and if found guilty dishonorably discharged.

Worse than depressing, these people actually BELIEVE this crap. It's one thing when you do this in the freshman dorm at 2AM, only to find out after 4 years you didn't even know what you didn't know, it's another when people late in life have no correction vector at all!

I wonder what mysterious entity is going to pay Halligan's sanctions penalty from this case.

I love it "... proper restitution ..." ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. Did the Gestapo ever say "I'm sorry, we'll cover any damage we've caused?" No they did not.
November 21, 2025 at 7:03 AM
Good luck with that. People who constantly feel like they are being "nickle and dimed" to death, assaulted with gratuitous rules that are unevenly enforced, and actively discriminated against base on ethnicity or religion just aren't going to be "happy campers" when they get on board.

Now doubt we'll go from "The Bill to Release the Epstein Files" is on my desk to "There was never any bill to release the Epstein files."
November 20, 2025 at 1:18 AM
I have shared with some active military that it is better to court martialed NOW for disobeying an illegal order, than it is to be tried in the Hague for "following orders." It's that important.

I appreciate you doing the work but the commentator said the *current republican party* is fascist, not that the country was. Like you say, they would love it to _be_ fascist but it isn't there yet. Having such a party is "common" having this many seats in the current Government is the outlier.

No different than the Mullah's imposing their version of Islam on people they can. Radical Christian Clerics are a thing.
