I will say! Ghost of Yōtei has a very good/efficient intro. It’s obviously very long, but you get into the action and free open world very quickly. One of the better openings of the year, imo.

Also I tried Roottrees on a whim after give to the max and basically binged it in like 5 days, so good

It actually did start out as an interactive TV pitch, but died during covid. They reworked the base concept into the final game. It was always going to be choice driven though, I believe.

I think it’ll probably vary by country and retailer, so I’m not 100% sure, but I’d expect some time in December! There are also a handful of countries listed in the article in the original post that get their first issues in January.

Honey Heist and Roll for Shoes are both classics for a reason! The latter is a little more flexible for storytelling, but both are very fun
