I'm excited to announce I'll be starting my PhD in Computational Biology at Cornell this fall, supported by the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship! I'll be joining Philipp Messer's lab, aiming to develop and apply new approaches to understand how natural systems respond and adapt to sudden changes.
The latest stable release (v5.1) of #SLiM, a forward-time, individual-based evolutionary simulator developed in my lab, is now out! This release marks my first official open-source contributions, with some minor bug fixes and documentation updates especially for Windows users.
