Not only did diabetic kitty play chase with her sister this morning, but she also "fed her baby" after breakfast. Safe to say she's feeling her old self. Second pic is old but that's where she is now that she's worn herself out. Wish I could join her, it's work time.

I'd say we're about to head below freezing again for the night. I'm glad I kept the main walkway of the deck clear, the wet spots have gotten very slick. This is our first winter with it and we never got to staining it so I've avoided salt for when we do get to it...eventually lol.

My Spotify Wrapped ended pretty much how I thought it would. Top artist was a surprise but they were my main sleep friends over the summer, I just forgot. That's where a lot of those minutes came from, lots of nights where I needed my music.

Decorated my office door for December since work is quiet today. I like how these turned out, and I hope they're the only snowflakes I see all winter (I'm southern can't y'all tell?). I made these last year I think? Found some videos and templates on Pinterest and went from there, very easy project.

I've pretended today's slice didn't exist for long enough. Time to dig in!

And the lack of icing is a personal choice not allergy-dictated, I've got alpha-gal safe ingredients for that. I just don't want any, the cake is moist and sweet enough without it.
