It would be amazing if a vaccine could be a genuine solution for UTI one day. We have our hopes on research from Duke University. I'm curious how 'optimising' antibiotic use became synonymous with 'minimising' antibiotic use and why there isn't concern about AMR through undertreatment of infections?
