Here we see a transphobe once again forgetting that HRT is effective for most people and also that FFS/FMS exists

But don’t worry, I’m sure you’ll be back to claiming HRT is “too powerful” to be safe any second now

As always when I post about being trans, a reminder: if you support me because I'm "normal" or "reasonable" or whatever because I dress like an old man & go to church, but you don't support all my trans siblings, then you don't actually support me at all, & I encourage you to do some soul searching.

If it really was the bamboo you’d see hundreds of fires a year in HK and we just don’t, not now and not even really historically when you’d think it would be more prevalent.

It’s just xenophobia as usual (from the western press anyway)

Here's a thread from Twitter shared with Sophia's permission in which she finally is able to talk about Graham using the police as HIS personal goon squad and getting Sophia arrested at home by EIGHT armed police officers, somewhat putting the standard Heathrow armed cops in perspective.

BBC's latest edit had this

The judge said she had chosen to refer to Brooks using "gender neutral pronouns and as 'the complainant'" in her ruling.

Openly admitting misgendering and the media launched at it.

More importantly does any bri’ish manufacturer make a car that’s easily adapted or is able to take a drive in/from wheelchair user? I can’t think of one

Exactly! There used to be a bit in their guidance about patients contacting them if their GP wouldn’t help but it was removed :/

I swear the first few years of transitioning are like 50% bureaucracy, it gets better over time, but even 5+ years in I’m still fighting, especially some bits of the nhs.

I don’t know if the email is still active they seem to have moved to a password protected portal but I used:

[email protected]

There’s also 0333 014 2884

Be prepared to have to get through a few rounds of “you can’t contact us your GP has to” before they escalate it to someone helpful

I had a similar dumb-ass response from my GP.
Eventually I contacted PCSE directly, who weren’t super happy about me contacting them since they’re not patient facing, but contacted my practice directly to “remind” them of their responsibilities under the GP contract.
