Local developer Blueprint is proposing 4 mid sized units here in west seattle when they previously would have built 1 very large home + 2 very small homes.

A win for density and a win for family sized attainable homes!

Total game changer if this passes, will likely unlock thousands of homes that are now just vacant lots.
