My call to stand up for the vast majority of Centrist Americans: We are neither right-wing neo-Nazi white supremacists nor are we left-wing anything-goes socialists. We are simply decent and want a responsible government where truth is the norm and democracy the means.

It is just dawned on me why Facebook discontinued fact checking. The truth? Moral repugnancy sells. It’s all about the money. What difference does it make if people are dragged into the cesspool of racial hatred, lies, and soft porn as long as some rich oligarch’s pockets are being stuffed?

Best thing our allies can remember: if you stand up to Trump you intimidate him and he will back down. If you crawl to him (like his sycophantic politicians) he will not respect you and will eventually throw you under the bus.
