What a difference native plants can make!
At the request of a friend, I planned and planted a native pollinator front garden for him. I’ve seen over a dozen different species of butterflies and moths this year, as opposed to maybe two or three last year. #NativePlants #GreenHeart 🌿💚

What's a good houseguest to do but re-landscape your host's barren alleyway into a native pollinator courtyard, at their request? More gardening and exercise than I've ever gotten in Brooklyn, plus seeing hummingbirds and butterflies out my window is hugely gratifying. #NativePlants #GreenHeart 💚🌿
