Small business owner, Congressman, and life-long Granite Stater. Running for U.S. Senate to take on the big fights.
Tomorrow is Thanksgiving, a time to give thanks and spend time with your loved ones, but too many Americans won’t be able to celebrate as they usually do.

If you can, please consider supporting one of the many organizations across New Hampshire that are helping Granite Staters year-round.

I’m grateful to all the Granite Staters who have served this country.

Thank you, Valerie.

I’m grateful for the people I meet in every corner of New Hampshire.

Their stories guide my work, and I’ll always bring their voices with me to Washington.

This is disgraceful and must be corrected now.

I strongly condemn the President's calls for the execution of his political opponents and urge everyone who has condemned political violence in the past to come out against it.

Violent rhetoric like this is a poison to our democracy.

Happy birthday, to my husband, Vann! Thanks for your love and support through all life’s adventures.

Working Granite Staters aren’t feeling this “golden age” that Trump promised.

Putting food on the table is more expensive.

Housing is more expensive.

Health care is more expensive.

Costs are rising for everyone but the billionaires he’s giving massive tax breaks to.
November 18, 2025 at 3:13 PM
Door to door across New Hampshire, I’ve heard concerns about housing, higher costs, and health care.

I’m focused on solving the problems that Granite Staters are facing.

Packed house tonight at the NHDP Eleanor Roosevelt Dinner!

New Hampshire Democrats had some big wins in November, and we’re ready to keep that momentum going in 2026.

Thank you for your service, Matt. I’ll never stop working to deliver for our veterans.

I’m back in Washington to vote no on this funding deal. Here’s why 👇.

From groceries to health care to rent, everyday costs are rising. I’ll always fight to lower costs for Granite Staters who are feeling this financial strain.
November 9, 2025 at 10:14 PM
Grateful for all the conversations I have with folks across New Hampshire.

I’m in this fight to listen, get things done, and be a voice for Granite Staters in the Senate.

Team Pappas spent the morning helping prepare meals at NH Food Bank.

Thank you to all the food bank staff and volunteers who are showing up to take care of their communities.

Now more than ever, we must come together to help those who need it most.

Stopped by the Christa McAuliffe School with Mayor Byron Champlin.

Hope my friends in Concord will turn out and give him your support.
November 4, 2025 at 9:52 PM
📍Somersworth with Mayor Matt Gerding.

If you haven’t already, grab a friend and head to your local polling site. Local elections can shape the future of our communities.
November 4, 2025 at 8:21 PM
Stopped by the polls in Portsmouth with Mayor Deaglan McEachern to chat with voters and grab some lemonade! Polls here are open until 7 pm.
November 4, 2025 at 6:45 PM
Next stop: Nashua.

Got a chance to talk with folks about the great candidates on the ballot! Make sure to get out and vote today.
November 4, 2025 at 5:01 PM
Just voted!

This is a critical moment to make your voice heard and elect leaders who will stand up for our communities.
November 4, 2025 at 3:39 PM
I’m fighting for the health and well-being of our communities.
November 3, 2025 at 7:36 PM
Open enrollment has officially begun, and when Granite Staters log on, they’re seeing that their health care premiums have skyrocketed.

This is the reality thanks to Republicans who control the House, the Senate, and the White House.
November 2, 2025 at 3:02 PM
It’s time to get out the vote, New Hampshire!

Thank you to everyone who is knocking on doors ahead of the November 4th elections.
November 1, 2025 at 9:06 PM
Local races make such an impact on the health, strength, and affordability of our communities. Great knocking on doors today with Lawrence Bryant in Manchester’s Ward 11.

Remember to get out and vote on Tuesday in cities across New Hampshire!

If you want to honor Lincoln’s memory, how about trying to heal the nation and offering compassion and hope to Americans who need it?

No oversight or transparency. Just the same old corrupt playbook.
