However, shocked they couldn’t close #HillStreet (usually do for this event), they can’t even keep the assault-vehicles** off the footpaths*.
*cobbles aren’t great for wheelchair-users. Paved footpaths need to be clear.

- that the required ratio is *six* to one good*-guys-with-guns, and of course accepting 5 casualties.
*trained on-par with the offensive shooter.
