The first pic shows former #wba 'owner' Guochuan Lai holding a meeting with Chris Farnell over the potential purchase of Albion before the Patels emerged. Farnell and his associate were the preferred bidders at one point.

Ron Atkinson's last game as @manutdfc.bsky.social manager was on Nov 4, 1986.

In 1985/86 he was expected to lead Utd to the title after winning the opening 10 games.
