In 2016, an intrepid group of scientists stepped onto the #Greenland Icesheet and setup a camp to collect the most comprehensive dataset ever made. They made simultaneous measurements of microbiology, glaciology, geochemistry, atmospheric parameters and remote sensing for 6 weeks.

New Nature study finds sub-Saharan Africa has lost 24% of its biodiversity.
