Full refret and set up again! Now it sounds, feels and looks incredible!! I have my baby back!

With all the work I did to this guitar, I thought it was only right to do a full refret! Those old fret divits that didn’t quite level out were bugging me. After this it will be in the best shape it’s ever been in! It sounds incredible and it’ll soon play and feel as beautiful too! 🤘🏻

And she’s done! All fixed! Took a while, but delighted I’ve got my favourite guitar sounding and playing better than ever!! 👊🏻

New bridge pick up and bridge plate done! All wired up and giving the right readings!! Ready for for strings and to set up action and intonation!!

Neck pickup cleaned up nice and is in full working order! Bridge pickup unfortunately had a break in the lead wire if the coil, so have decided to replace the pickup rather than rewire the rusty old one. New scratch plate too!! 👍🏻

Home for the week!
Frets levelled, crowned and polished up . Really happy with my first go at this! There were a few bad grooves from years of playing, so will see how it plays when I’ve stringed up and tested it. May need a refret, but at least I’ll have the confidence to do that now! Electrics next!! 👊🏻

Cleaned up electronic areas and copper shielded. Electronics were in pretty poor shape, so decided on a full rewire…new pots, new cap, new switch and new jack! The lot!! Upgrade, baby!!!
