Well, I am renting in South End Green (South edge of Hampstead heath) and absolutely loving it. Short walk to Belsize Park and in on the northern line. Evenings on the heath lift the soul no end.

I had read that you did “better” if you claimed for disability benefits vs unemployment benefits and that disparity had been rising since introduction of universal credit e.g. PEP vs ESA (though I must confess not a subject I am well versed in)
