Well, I am renting in South End Green (South edge of Hampstead heath) and absolutely loving it. Short walk to Belsize Park and in on the northern line. Evenings on the heath lift the soul no end.

I had read that you did “better” if you claimed for disability benefits vs unemployment benefits and that disparity had been rising since introduction of universal credit e.g. PEP vs ESA (though I must confess not a subject I am well versed in)

There seems to be a whole world of people who insist that nuclear is cheap and safe. An d t every real life example seems to come in (minimum) 2x budget… I find it very confusing!
