Overall, historically our away record in Europe is appalling ( allowing for last years improvement). But I see no reason that that will change tonight.

We have very little firepower up front with no recognised striker.
Lost two of our best defenders, and playing in a hostile stadium.

Anyone who doesn’t believe these guys know what they’re doing and thinks they are a bunch in incompetents needs to think again. It might take them time to get it right but I would bet that the banter years are coming to an end and that it’s our board who could end up looking like the amateurs.
