Australia’s 🇦🇺 Minister for Climate Change and Energy. Member for McMahon.
Australians cannot afford to keep paying the price of the Coalition’s climate infighting.

Let’s be clear, their plan now is to do nothing.

Priorities.

We're helping local governments reduce their energy bills & emissions.

Yesterday I joined Dr Mike Freelander MP & Deputy Mayor Ashleigh Cagney to announce we're replacing the gas boiler at Mt Annan Leisure Centre with solar panels & batteries, massively cutting Council's energy bills.

Barnaby Joyce just went on television to congratulate the Liberals. That tells you all you need to know about the modern Liberal Party.
November 13, 2025 at 5:36 AM
There was once a time when the Liberal party had values.

These days they cater to the extremists in their party and coalition.

Today's decision just shows how out of touch they are with modern Australia.

#BREAKING: Today the climate deniers in the Liberal party won.

While others are having a talkfest about whether Climate Change is real or not, we are actually delivering for Aussies.

On Remembrance Day we honour those Australians who have suffered or made the ultimate sacrifice in the service of their country, and we acknowledge the sacrifice of their families.

Our Solar Sharer Offer means more Australians can be part of our world-leading rooftop solar take up.

Farmers get it. The National Party doesn't.

You can't be what you can't see.

I'm very proud that the Western Sydney Uni study hub opened in Fairfield last year. Just last night there were 100 HSC students using it.

Medicare is at the heart of our Labor Government.

Whether it's our completely bulk billed Urgent Care Clinics like the one in Fairfield.

Australia's national electricity grid reached an important milestone in October, with renewable energy providing 50% of our electricity over the month for the first time.

Labor is banning social media for under-16s to protect kids online.

We are delivering reliable, cheaper energy to Australians whether they live in a city apartment or regional town.

The Liberals and Nationals are focused on fighting each other over if climate change is real.

They aren’t focused on delivering for Australians.
November 6, 2025 at 7:09 AM
The modern Liberal party is too busy fighting themselves instead of fighting for you.

Labor wants more people to enjoy solar power in their homes.

The Coalition wants to keep coal online for longer - and make you pay for it.
November 5, 2025 at 1:53 AM
Today we announced Solar Sharer.

A plan to share the excess solar energy our nation generates to provide every Australia with free power for at least 3 hours during the day.

Meanwhile, the Coalition continued fighting each other over if climate change is real.

Priorities.

More Australians will soon have access to the benefits of solar power, even if they don't have solar panels themselves.

Medicare and Bulk Billing.

It's in our DNA.

Ben and his family in Kingsford are among the first Aussies using vehicle-to-grid charging.

Their EV is now powering their home with solar energy even when the sun isn't shining.
November 2, 2025 at 2:07 AM
One of the big changes in our energy system is putting families more in charge of the energy they use and produce.

Ben and his family in Kingsford now can charge their house from their car, as well as the other way around massively increasing their options as to how and when they use electricity.
