Half-hoping the frozen/pre-made version sucks (to validate my priors). Half-hoping it *doesn't* (to surprise/delight me). getting too old to anguish over heartbreaking pie-crust.

I bake all sorts of things: cookies, yeast breads, quick breads, etc. Pie crusts are my kryptonite, so this was a helpful video. I'll never stop trying, but this year I broke down and bought frozen pre-made gluten-free crusts for the big T'giving feast. It's a cope.
