Important fact that the indictments have NOT been dismissed.
Notably, the Court of Appeals declined to toss out the indictment entirely, meaning that another prosecutor could in theory take over the case. But the court says that Willis must be disqualified because there’s an appearance of impropriety related to her romantic relationship w/ Nathan Wade.
