follow up i’m fucking exhausted but i don’t know if that’s just because of getting six hours of sleep each night for the last week or what, but also don’t know if i’ll be able to sleep cause brain wants to GO
gonna try taking my meds as directed because i’ve been getting crazy irritable starting at like 3 every day when i only take 1, gonna try the twice a day im just worried about if i will get any sleep lmao
