It’s always really cool to see someone really passionate about Kdramas. I don’t watch enough of them because I get sucked into binging one once I start. My likes have been Tale of the Nine Tailed Fox, HeartBeat, with my favorite being Anna.

Yes yes I totally get it. Sometimes they’re winners, sometimes they’re not. I’ll still definitely give it a try.
One time a book was so bad, I threw it into the recycling bin because I felt so strongly that it shouldn’t cycle back into the world 🤭

Yes. This reality hit me earlier this year with friends. My immediate reaction: went cold turkey on trying to plan and reaching out and investing in one sided friendships (again). Finding your tribe is hard as an adult.

Also the part about going to individual therapy to discuss those parts and then going to couples therapy afterwards to discuss those parts to discuss the part at individual therapy, then discussing all said parts - separate from either therapies. Yes, it’s worth it at the end of the day.

At the end of a brisk 25/30 minute walk (especially outside without headphones), you’ll notice your mood changed. Your body may sync with your mind and you’ll feel a bit more calm. Worth it if you only have that much time.

Pineapple Street by Jenny Jackson.

I was given the book by some gym friends. It was so bad I tossed it into the recycling without finishing it. No way in hell I was passing that on. It had no soul, no pulse of creativity, period. Argh!
