I haven’t used it for cycling (because I’m not a cyclist right now) but I use it with garmin. They had a strava integration but I heard it might not be working after the api changes.
Here are the notes on strava. I don’t see a direct Fitbit connection though.

Went for a 2 hour run and hit a 2.61 EF. Very excited about the outcome of all my HRZ2 training over the past 3 months. Below is the chart of EF and decoupling (DC) over that time. Top is aerobic and bottom is all workouts.

I have 6 screws and a plate in my ring finger on my left hand from a power drill accident. Had a spiral fracture and my finger was pointing the wrong way.
They had me in with an occupational therapist within 48 hours of surgery!
The pins are still there btw.
