5. Super Mario Land (1989)
I’ve not played this game in 30+ years. It’s a weird one. I didn’t realize how short it is, and also how it randomly switches from being a platformer to a shmup.

Trying out recipes using ingredients that I don’t normally use but may want to grow in my garden next year. So, I bought a pumpkin and turned it into pumpkin soup (served with a smoked provolone grilled cheese sandwich). Delicious.

Got some Northern Lights in Iowa tonight. Third time I’ve seen them, and the best by far.
