in a perfect world, I could just turn that capslock into a "ctrl+shift," but windows really doesnt like when you remap capslock

Shift+(key) will affect from the left side, Ctrl+(key) will affect from the right, and Alt+(key) will affect from both sides. I literally need an EXTRA modifier key to go will all my extra existing hotkeys(of which there are many)

Oh, Im on that RIS fast track, this is my crazy person setup (note the Wacom tablet in the corner.) My very specific issue is that I have a bunch of modification scripts for animation keys in 3DS max, and each modifier key changes how they work.
