The anion chili flakes from Trader Joe’s are nice but the definitive work in that genre is @momofukugoods chili crunch. One shouldn’t really be left alone with that stuff at home.

The proximity of good Willamette Valley wine from Portland is insane. Makes a relaxing Sunday PM drive for tasting so easy. Our latest fave is Lemelson winery just outside of Carlton.
