What I like about this building style is that they can (at least with single stair) host a ton of different unit type. Full floor family sized apartments to split up 1/2 beds

I think the kinda big reasons are that even when it’s like totally gut renovated inside it’s still usually cheaper than a new build, when they’re torn down they’re almost always replaced with a lower density option, and then they do have a classic Chicago aesthetic that is local to us.

Your article mentioned a DP slot being open. Does that mean that Anton will not be a DP or is he who is filling that slot?
